Aesthetic: Modern

In an upcoming neighborhood, the goal of this project was to create affordable homes that still achieved a modern design aesthetic. By using a monochromatic palette and simple materials in clever ways, such as a unique subway tile pattern in the tub surround, these units have a styled feel on a tight budget.
