This 9-unit townhome community in Vermont was designed to reflect its mountain setting through two distinct yet complementary aesthetics: Mountain Modern and Mountain Rustic. The Mountain Modern homes feature clean lines, light wood cabinetry, and modern fixtures for a crisp, contemporary feel. In contrast, the Mountain Rustic units embrace more pronounced wood grain, deeper tones, and mixed metal finishes to create a sense of texture and heritage. Each unit balances warmth and simplicity, drawing on natural materials, layered textures, and a restrained palette inspired by the surrounding landscape.
