Aesthetic: Transitional

This new construction condo building consisted of nine units so the design needed to appeal to many, but also be distinct in a flooded market. A simple color palette of white, grey, and black paired nicely with warm wood flooring. Two-tone marble countertops and backsplash provided a focal point in the kitchen.
